Working at Lark & Clover
Good people,
treated properly.
We are small, remote, and deliberate about how we work. If you care about the person on the other end of the message as much as we do, we would like to hear from you.

Open role
Customer service representative
You will answer people by email and chat in a warm, plain-spoken tone — order tracking, questions about fit and fabric, and putting things right when they go wrong.
You will work from processes that are written down and kept up to date, so you are never guessing what we would want said.

What we're looking for
Warmth, clarity,
and care with the detail.
Two or more years in eCommerce customer service. Excellent written English, and the ability to sound like a person in a message rather than a script.
A problem-solving mind: someone who reads the order, works out what actually happened, and says so.
What you'll get
The things that actually
make a job good.
-
3
A retirement contribution
We put money toward your long-term peace of mind, not just this month's invoice.
-
4
Remote, and genuinely flexible
Set your own hours inside your agreed cover, and work from wherever you are.
-
5
Training that exists
Clear processes, properly documented, so you are set up to do it well rather than left to guess.
-
6
Straight communication
Clear feedback and friendly collaboration. No ghosting, no guessing where you stand.
How to apply
Send us a short message introducing yourself and why you would be a good fit, plus a brief overview of your work history — especially any customer service or eCommerce experience.
Include the word “clover” somewhere in your message, so we know you read the whole thing.
Write to support@larkandclover.com. We read every one.
Here's to a lovely day.
