Can I use it on a tension rod inside the window frame?
Yes. The rod pocket works with both tension rods and standard mounted rods, as long as the rod fits through the pocket.

Does the star trim hang loose or is it sewn on?
It's stitched along the scalloped hem, so the tassels sway but stay put.

Can I hang two side by side on a wide window?
