How many panels do I need?
Each panel covers about 9.8 inches. Measure your flowerbed length in inches and divide by 9.8 to get the count. Most small beds use 10 panels; larger borders use 20.
Will it stay upright in heavy rain?
Yes. The spike sits about 4 inches deep in the soil, which holds the panel even after storms. Press firm soil around the base for the strongest hold.
Does the plastic fade in the sun?
The grey finish is UV-resistant and holds its color through full summer sun. It's made to stay outside year-round.
Can I use it on hard or rocky soil?
Loosen the soil with a trowel first, then tap the spike in. Avoid placing it directly over buried rocks or roots.
